Pursuant to articles 15-22 of the Regulation, the following rights may be exercised, whether applicable:

- Right to rectification, the request for data integration/modification;
- Right of cancellation, the request for the deletion of data without undue delay, without prejudice to any retention obligations imposed by law.

It is also provided the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority according to article 77 of the Regulation.
